Visually Impaired Pre-School Services (VIPS) provides diversified intervention services designed to best meet the unique needs of visually impaired pre-school childern from birth to five years of age, whether or not they have additional impairments. We provide periodic home visits, developmental assessments, vision stimulation activities,and activities of daily living. We also provided several support services; interagency coordination, consultation, and family counseling.
