To carry out our mission, we offer programs and services designed to provide high quality training in compensatory skills essential for the dignified, independent quality of life our students deserve. Completing our mission, requires that we also strive to instill self-confidence and esteem in our students since, this is necessary to gain a sense of comfort with a vision loss or blindness. History
The Savannah Association for the Blind started as a grassroots organization in 1963 and has grown into a full-service rehabilitation center for people with a vision loss. Community
